Teams recent performances have been more than unacceptable. We are having a losing culture right now and something needs to change. The organsisation is a joke no matter what move we make there is nothing. We think players need to learn from someone better, someone with heart. They didn't show up every night considering themself lucky playing there but there is no one leading the way. It's unacceptable.Just the fact that the organisation not being able to be competitive with that roster, we need someone to completly destroy the heck out of players. , I think my players don't understand what is "heart" or "pride so a new face could help. Players don't understand how important it is to win here.With that being said:

We are firing Dominique Ducharme.

Our new coach is Mike Sullivan. A guy that makes every player work their ass off every night.



Assistant Coach we hire Greg Campbell because we think he was an inspiring hard working player, we all know what he did one shift in 2012, it's inspiring and we have some guys in the dressing room that are the opposite of this GOAT guy.
