Pretty sure Petey has been their best player and has been carrying them to a playoffs spot alongside Nylander. These firsts aren't guaranteed lotto picks so idk... I'd like to see what other people think as well

Verheaghe has been his best point producer, he's included a young player to build around as well, and three firsts in the 17-26 range. If Kelowna can deal with Verheaghe's contract, seems fine to me.

Petey has 67 points, 25 goals in 57 games while Verhaeghe has 45 in 63 and Raty has 14. Marino has as many points as Raty. Yeah it's a lot of picks but I don't see how late picks and a couple okay players equals Petey at that production and is only 24, + Marino

Verheaghe can obviously fit in on the top 6, Raty may only have 14 points, but he's an 82 overall 20 year old - hot commodity. Then three 18 year old players in the 70-75 range to build in the WJ's the next few years. Having said all of this, I get why it wouldn't be the most desirable option for playoff-bound Kelowna, but the trade itself looking at overalls seems okay.

Im on the fence on this one, Petey is 24 and produces over a ppg, so hes a franchise type player. Verheaghe is a 2nd line winger.BPT and SAR are currently top 2 in their division, so those will be 70-77 overall players. My HAL pick might be decent if i miss the playoffs but its still not a lottery pick either, so maybe a 72-80 overall player. Plus 2nd pick is gonna be 65-70. I see Raty ~ Marino. So is a 91 24 year old franchise player = a 2nd line winger + 3 72-80 overall 18/19 year olds + 65-70 18/19 year old? I would say the value is close to enough for me to accept if I can hear Kelowna’s reasoning for making this trade. Red Deer Rebels GM

Right now Petterson/Marino are on pace to stay the same rating. Verhaeghe on pace for 88, Raty stays the same
So I think it’s better trade than just face value. Surprised to see Petterson get moved though.

My team's been pretty crap with or without Elias so I'm ok with dealing away Pettersson.
I've been sitting idle hoping my team will find something but they haven't and tbh, having that many picks is pretty cool.
Accept.
