Danbury Moving Because of Trashy Owner

The Danbury Trashers will be defunct after the 2027-28 season. Danbury's owner (Rich Sax) has been found guilty of abuse of a league official. After the Trashers missed the playoffs in 2026-27, he went to commissioner Bettman's office and started screaming about how the Trashers were cheated and robbed by the league and that they fixed games to make sure Danbury would lose. The commissioner denied the allegations which caused Mr. Sax to lose his temper and throw a glass cup at PS5HL's commissioner. After this, security entered the room and ejected Mr. Sax from the building.
Mr. Sax will no longer be allowed to own a team in PS5HL and thus, the team will have no more funding from Danbury after the 2027-28 season. The team has been purchased by a new owner and will be relocated following the 2027-28 season.
The new owner is Jim Davis and in honour of his late parents he will be moving the team to Sparta, Greece. After some discussions with GM Joubran, who somehow will still be at the helm of this team after multiple relocations, the new team will be known as the Sparta Warriors.
