Welcome to PS5HL!


Hopefully a lot of you are returning from Rockem, Ironman, or Hockleague. So you guys will be somewhat familiar with what’s happening here at PS5HL. I’m sure we have some new people too. So the rules section should be valuable for everyone


We will follow a similar setup to what a lot of you are familiar with. With a few tweaks. For those that aren’t familiar, here’s how we do it.

This thread is to act as a basic overview of the schedule of events.

Sign up for your team here. We’re going to do custom teams, in a 27 team league, 72 game schedule. Pick your city name, and team name. PM me a logo. PNG preferred, but I can fix it if you cant find one

This will be followed by a Fantasy Draft Lottery to determine the draft order. 

Structure and Date/Time TBD



We will be starting for 2021-22 Season. So we will skip the 2021 Entry Draft, and those players will be available in the Fantasy Draft


Normally the offseason would go to the Entry Draft next, but see above



We will then have a brief period to sign FAs to fill out any remaining spots in your lineup



Then we still start Season 1 sims!

Season 1 - NHL Playoffs

Season 1 - Upgrades / Downgrades

Season 2 - Roster Checks Poll
Season 2 - Entry Draft
Season 2 - Free Agency
Season 2 - Euro / 2nd RD Lotto 
Season 2 - Roster Checks Poll
Season 2 - Season Sims
Season 2 - (DEC 1st in game) Re-signings open
Season 2 - (JAN 1st in game) World Jrs

Etc. After 6-7 Seasons we switch to World Cup format instead of WJC. And remaining Draft picks will be exchanged for MPU/APU up to Season 10
