S3 WJC Guest GM Applications Now Open



Brampton Thunder GM ,  the IIHF Head, is now accepting applications from GMs to be a guest GM of WJC teams for S3. PM him directly if interested.


Take some time with your application. Sell yourself, and what you’ve done for your team so far. Have fun with it. All GMs will be considered. Although guys with solid GM records and a good application will be given priority


GMs who are selected will be given the roster requirements for their team. All teams will have similar, but different requirements (min
eligible prospects, min requirements) World Teams and TNA have special requirements.

You may include a 2nd/3rd team preference to be considered for another position if your primary option goes to another GM



That’s the minimum. I’d probably try to set yourself apart though. Just because you had a poor S1, S2 doesn’t mean you won’t be considered


If you are selected, you will be supplied a list of players that are available to attend your camp. Final rosters will be submitted by YOU to Brampton Thunder GM for final approval to ensure everything is above board and legit. Controversial cuts are fine, but be prepared to back up your rationale


Any GMs who win a Medal will be given a small scouting bonus to help in the next years Draft / Free Agency


Gold Medal - Up to 3 or  
players NEW OA will be shown to winning GM

Silver Medal - Up to 2 or players NEW OA will be shown to winning GM

Bronze Medal Game - 1 or player NEW OA will be shown to the Bronze Medal Teams



If you don’t think you’ll have the time to do this, probably don’t apply. It does take a little extra time, although the NHL Regular Season will pause for this
