CAL hasnt been online since Dec 12 and hasnt been active this era. HEL has been running them as a non-GM team since last season, and has made 3 separate trades for them since last season.

This is only at 6 so still needs one more for finalization (KLA been here a while and is a veteran, he should be a normal mod)

Theres only 27 teams in the league, so unless I make it to the conference final each of those years, those picks could be #23 or earlier, and good players can still slide and be around the 20s
