I was kinda under impression 10% still applied. But we’ll wait for PR to let us know

There was some confusion on this rule I think. It’s gonna get updated and explained a little better in reboot. But for now Fenenko goes to Dinamo Riga GM

In the future for this ERA, if they are still listed on the RFA page, they need a raise to be signed by ANYONE. If you want to sign them without a raise, make a post in the RFA thread saying you’re letting them walk. It’s the equivalent of NOT qualifying them. They will be added to main Free Agent list. Everyone gets a shot, but you can offer whatever you want.
