Iasi isn't in a playoff spot so MacKinnon won't waive Rules on the NTC and NMC have been NTC will only waive to Team HIGHER in the standings NMC will only waive to Team IN PLAYOFF spot. both will waive in offseason. But ultimately in situations like this one it’s up to Player Representative to make determination because both teams are lousy |

I asked PR about it and he said he was considering letting it go through since IAS and PRG are both bottom of their divisions. Equal sucking. Yay. But we'll see what he actually ends up deciding. |

Waive, on one condition
IF the team they are being traded to misses the playoffs or very obviously wasn't going to make it by the time the TDL comes around, they WILL be requesting a trade
