With all that done. Is there anything you guys want to change coming up for ERA 3?

We have a few small rule changes coming up. But nothing that should impact anything huge. What did you guys like or hate?

There isn’t really gonna be big changes at all. This is it right here. Pretty small in scheme of things 


WJC GM will be decided before S1. They will retain their jobs until fired and there is a replacement waiting. This will speed up some things 

WJC GMs will be given a 3rd RD Pick (tradeable). Order based on their finish in the Round Robin. There’s always handful of undrafted guys that already made. So might as well use them. 

RFA Arbitration meeting certain requirements 

There was talk of letting GMs give a Franchise Player designation once an ERA that would come with a few perks. But not sure it’s gonna make the Final Cut here 


GMs will need to keep track of their traded picks. No more deleting them 


GMs will use ONE re-sign thread ALL ERA. I want to be able to see the progression of what’s happening with your teams and be able to find guys info easier. Should help everyone
