For EACH Phase every GM will be allowed to offer on 4 players MAX.
At the end of Phase 2 players will begin signing with European teams and retiring if applicable
At the conclusion of Phase 3 the rest of players will have signed in Europe/Retired
Please remember to use the format listed in Free Agent list for your offers!!!
