Consider this the equivalent of trying to sell your ownership that a rebuild is necessary and with some support you can be successful. For MPU players must’ve been eligible for an NHL Upgrade this past season MPU < 77-79 +1 = +3 OA 80-82 +1 = +2 OA 83-88 +1 = +1 OA 89 and up +2 = +1 OA APU MUST BE 19 years old or older APU <55-60 +1 = +5 61-65 +1 = +4 66-70 +1 = +3 71-74 +1 = +2 75-79 +1 = +1 80-81 +2 = +1 |

I think having the cap is a requirement not a task so it wouldn’t go towards that, but I could be mistaken.

If you were at 75 we’d take a look. The idea of the CAP is, you’ve gone to your owner, told them about the rebuild and got clearance but they want to be saving cash if you’re sucking. I check out those caps and make sure you’re at least TRYING. You over by couple mil, you’re gonna be fine. You just blow by it without any regard, it makes you completely ineligible for anything
This happened to team last time and they just got 0 MPU
