ERA 3 WJC GMs - Open for Applications

E3 WJC GM Applications Now Open



Brampton Thunder GM , the IIHF Head, is now accepting applications from GMs to be a GMs and AGMs of WJC teams for E3. PM him AND Slovan Stags GM directly if interested.


For Returning members, this will work a little differently this ERA. The IIHF will be choosing GMs to represent teams until they are “fired” from the position, and replaced with another GM or promotion from the AGM 

You may choose to apply with an AGM to be able to cover your responsibilities during a Season in which you might not be available and to be able to help with roster decisions and posts 


NEW - ALL WJC GMs and AGMs will be given a compensation 3rd pick for that upcoming Draft. These picks are trade-able the same as any other pick. Order based on WJC finish. This is in addition to the scouting bonus listed below

You may include a 2nd/3rd team preference to be considered for another position if your primary option goes to another GM


If you are selected, you will be supplied a list of players that are available to attend your camp each season. Final rosters will be submitted by YOU or your AGM to Brampton Thunder GM and Slovan Stags GM for final approval to ensure everything is above board and legit. Controversial cuts are fine, but be prepared to back up your rationale



Any GMs who win a Medal will be given a small scouting bonus to help in the next years Draft / Free Agency


Gold Medal - Up to 3 or  
players NEW OA will be shown to winning GM

Silver Medal - Up to 2 or players NEW OA will be shown to winning GM

Bronze Medal Game - 1 or player NEW OA will be shown to the Bronze Medal Teams


If you don’t think you’ll have the time to do this, probably don’t apply. It does take a little extra time each season, although the NHL Regular Season will pause for this. Or again, apply with an AGM
