On behalf of the 
committee I would like to thank all of the GMs for submitting their applications. The tournament this year will be held in Sweden. The GMs will have the difficult task of not only picking the best players, but also the most disciplined as you know what they say about Swedish women. In saying that, please help me congratulate the GMs for the 2024 WJC.
